Melissa has recently graduated from the University of Calgary where she received her BFA in Dance. During her undergraduate studies she performed in MainStage pieces by professional choreographers Wojciech Mochniej, Tania Alvarado, Gerry Trentham, and Michèle Moss, as well as in Surge Co. by W&M. Some of her work includes “Platypus”, “Sick Artery and Red Blood Vessels”, “Coalesce”, and “Claws” showcased in Dance@Noon, Dance@Night, and Alchemy Festival. This year she is thrilled to be part of Dancers’ Studio West Emerging Artist Program.
